Services
Adult Sunday School: Our Sunday mornings begin at 9:00 am. With an adult Sunday school class. Currently our Sunday school teacher, Matt Squires is teaching through the book of Hebrews. This study will give his students a better understanding that Christ is superior to the Law, Angels, Moses, and the Priests. Along with the insight to see how Christ is the ultimate fulfillment of the Old Testament types and pictures.
Worship Service: Immediately after our Adult Sunday school class, we begin our worship service at 10:00 am. Crosslands strives to worship God in a way that is first and foremost honoring to Him, as well as uplifting to the body of Christ. We worship God with older traditional Hymns as well as more contemporary praise and choruses. Crosslands also believes we worship God through our tithes and offerings, and through the teaching and preaching of God's holy Word. To listen to our Sunday Morning Message, you may visit our audio files page.
Sunday Evening: On Sunday evenings we re-commune at 5:00 pm. to spend time in studying the Word of God. It is an informal setting with good fellowship, and positive discussion. Currently Pastor Jacob Gonzales is going through the gospel of John. His hope is that we will have a deeper appreciation for Jesus Christ, and His teachings as well as a better understanding of His Deity, miracles, and the passion (suffering) of Christ.
Ministries
Men's and Women's Ministries: We realize the Sunday mornings are vital to our Christian growth. But so many of us need that spiritual boost and encouragement in the middle of the week. So our Wednesday evenings are dedicated to ministering to the men and women of our church. Each Wednesday you will find either our men or women meeting. Each alternate, one week the men will meet the next week the women will meet. This is done to accommodate those in our church who have children.
Youth Ministry: God has blessed us with a young woman who has a strong desire to minister to the youth of our Church. Rhonda Bennett felt that God was laying a burden for the youth on her heart. For more than 7 years we had been with out any one who was ministering to the teens of our Church. But now Rhonda is doing her best to help teach and disciple these teens in a very crucial part of their lives. She has taught on topics such as the importance of the Word of God and our need to study and read it; spiritual warfare and other meaningful topics that have challenged our youth to grow and live righteous lives
